How it works

Where a page shows purchase options, a short disclosure appears near the first button so the relationship is clear before you click. Commission arrangements are the same regardless of which specific seller you choose among the ones we list.

What it does not affect

Whether we earn a commission never changes the factual content of a drug page - dosing information, warnings, regulatory status, and price estimates come from public regulatory and pricing datasets, not from advertisers. A seller cannot pay to be listed or to have unfavorable information removed.
