Report a side effect or safety problem
Chemist Prices is a directory and pricing reference, not a medical provider or a pharmacy - we cannot give medical advice about a symptom or take an adverse event report on a manufacturer's behalf. Here is where those reports actually go.
Medical emergency
If you think you are having a serious allergic reaction or another medical emergency, call 999 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Suspected poisoning or overdose
For a suspected poisoning or overdose that is not a life-threatening emergency, call NHS 111 (available 24 hours a day).
Reporting a side effect to the MHRA
Suspected side effects, medication errors, and product quality problems can be reported to the MHRA through the Yellow Card scheme, the UK's medicine safety reporting programme.
