How we verify sellers

Before we link to an online seller, we check that it operates under a real pharmacy license rather than simply claiming to be legitimate.

Licenses we check

We confirm that each seller we link to holds an active registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) - or the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI) - and, for prescriber services, that prescribers are registered with the GMC or their UK regulator.

Registries we use

The GPhC register lists every pharmacy and pharmacist registered in Great Britain, and the MHRA product register covers licensed medicines and registered online sellers. We cross-check sellers against these registers before adding a link.

If you have a concern

If you believe a seller we link to is not operating properly, email [email protected] with the seller's name and what you observed. We re-check the license and registry status and remove the link if it does not hold up.
